All online orders can be delivered at home only, with signature, in pick up point or with clic and collect at our Bourg l'Abbé store in Paris.
All shipping delays are coming back to normal, but it may vary from the delivery destination.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPARATIONS
Returns and exchanges are extended to 15 days, after the date of reception (for all orders placed after 23/06/2020)
However, we kindly remind you that all earrings (clip-on excluded) are not exchangeable nor refundable for hygienic reasons (even for gifts).
Our repair service is currently closed and will be available when our stores will open again. Repair delays may also be longer than usual.
