All online orders are prepared three times a week, by a smaller team, with full compliance of the health instructions of the French public health authorities and the WHO.


All online orders will be delivered at home only, without signature.
As you can imagine, all shipping delays are longer than usual, and may vary from the delivery destination.

Tunisia, Angola, Cape Verde, South America (apart from Brasil and Mexico), Botswana, Mozambique, French Polynesia, Eritrea, Mongolia, Gambia, Syria, Aruba, Azerbaijan, Guinea-Bissau, Philippines, Liberia, Anguilla, Laos, Mauritania, Myanmar, Mali, Sierra Leone, Seychelles, Malawi, Madagascar, Togo, Namibia, Mauritius Island, Afghanistan, Ivory Coast, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Cyprus, Moldova and Kosovo.

Should you desire to have the order delivered there, you may still order online and our client service will contact you to postpone the delivery and send it when possible.
All deliveries in pick-up shop are no longer available online until further notice.
From Mai 11th The contactless click and collect service is available at our main boutique 5 rue du Bourg L'Abbé in Paris.


Returns and exchanges are extended to 60 days, after the date of reception.
However, we kindly remind you that all earrings (clip-on excluded) are not exchangeable nor refundable for hygienic reasons (even for gifts).
Our repair service is currently closed and will be available when our stores will open again. Repair delays may also be longer than usual.
