I do not like my jewel, what can I do?

In accordance with national and European legal provisions for consumer protection, you have 14 full days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.  If you are living in France, we invite you to contact our customer service (boutique@lesnereides.com or +33.1.80.50.51.01) to receive a prepaid return form to turn you item back for refund. If you want to exchange your jewel, you have to place a new order. For the rest of the world, the potential return of your order is at your own expense (unless the jewel is of unsatisfactory quality or does not match the one initally ordered) We simply ask you to fill out the present return from to process your request as fast as possible. You will be notified by email as soon as we receive your parcel and then proceed to your exchange or launch the refund procedure. Item must be returned protected in its original packaging. Please note that we will not refund you if the received item was damaged on the way back. For information and for matter of hygiene, earrings (clip excluding) cannot be returned nor exchanged.
