DELIVERY AREA - SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
The Site ships orders within 48 to 72 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Sales and promotional periods may cause a slight additional delay.
Products ordered on the Site can be delivered worldwide (except to Japan, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa).
The Products are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. Les Néréides is not liable for any errors in the delivery address provided or for any loss of your package by the carrier.
Delivery methods, costs and times
The various deliveries are handled by companies that offer a secure delivery service. The package is only delivered against signature.

Delivery problems
Any delivery defect or delay must be reported to our Customer Service department as soon as possible. The Customer must check the condition of the Products upon delivery. Any delivery issues (damaged packages, missing items compared to the website invoice, delivery delays, etc.) must be noted on the delivery receipt presented by the carrier.
You must then contact Customer Service by email ( contact@lesnereides.com ) or by phone (+33 (0)1 80 50 51 01 ). You can also reach us on WhatsApp (+33 (0)7 49 73 66 38 ). This helps improve the quality of service we can offer and allows Les Néréides to conduct an investigation with the carrier.
In the event of non-conformity of the Products purchased or if they do not give you satisfaction, you can return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions provided for in the " Returns - Refunds " section ( FAQ ).
